Tony founded Paul Charles in September 2008 after previously working for large estate agencies across the country. His career in the property industry began in 1983, during which he has held roles as an estate agent, mortgage adviser, surveyor, company trainer, and more.

In addition to his work with Paul Charles, Tony is an inflight manager for British Airways, a role that fuels his passion for travel and meeting new people. In his spare time, Tony enjoys trips to the theatre, traveling, and caring for his three beloved dogs.

Tony offers both mortgage & protection advice.

James has been part of Paul Charles since the very beginning. As a teenager, he started by delivering leaflets around the local area to help promote the business. In 2015, he officially joined the team as an administrator and quickly progressed to become a protection adviser in 2017—a role he has thrived in ever since.

Tony, who manages James, is also his uncle and had the honor of being the best man at his wedding. Outside of work, James enjoys creating music, going to the gym, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Dawn joined the team in August 2023 and has quickly become an invaluable part of our business. As our Lead Administrator, she takes the reins once a mortgage application has been submitted, ensuring each case progresses smoothly and efficiently through to completion.

Dawn prides herself on offering a warm, welcoming service and is always happy to help answer questions or provide updates along the way.

Dawn loves dancing, enjoying live theatre, and unwinding in her hot tub at home. She works Tuesday to Friday.
